UN Condemns School Strike, Warns Against Indiscriminate Attacks

The United Nations has condemned the recent strike on a school in the conflict zone, calling it a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. In a statement, the UN emphasized that schools and civilian infrastructure must be protected and warned against indiscriminate attacks.

UN officials highlighted that attacks on children and educational facilities are considered crimes under international law. They urged all parties in the conflict to respect civilians and ensure safe access for humanitarian aid.

During a Security Council session, member states reiterated their concern over rising civilian casualties and called for immediate ceasefire negotiations.

Humanitarian organizations are preparing to assist affected populations in rebuilding and providing essential services.
Observers warn that without strict adherence to international norms, the conflict could escalate further, putting more civilians at risk. The UN is actively monitoring the situation and has pledged to hold violators accountable.
