AFRICA FUTURE LEADERS CONTEST(AFLC) 2026.


1. Contest Brief
Africa continent has the best  brains and natural resources on earth but one problem yet unsolved has critically limited the worldviews of all its people and businesses. It is one singular problem that gives birth to nearly all humongous problems confronting African people and businesses.  This is the problem: poor leadership. The need for a new invention of an effective solutions to this agelong and highly repressive problem is what gives birth to Africa Future Leaders Contest(AFLC) 2026.


2. The Organiser 

ABL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a Nigerian company whose services involve social media management and real estate activities. Our ultimate goal is: to raise 20million billionares by year 2050 and create excess jobs for all our youths. Our mission is: to support all persons and businesses at achieving their own set goals and dreams. ALFC 2026 is part of our strategies to raise  new crops of great African leaders from grassroots towards achieving our ultimate goal and mission.


3. The Contest Objectives
i.  To raise young Africans into world class leaders who can inspire all African people and businesses into the highest echelon of success possible.
ii. To discover young leadership talents and groom them into world class leaders.
iii. To eliminate nearly all problems repressing African people and businesses through the avenue of leadership optimizations.


4. Contest Framework
Interested contestants will be required to send in short videos of clarion calls and speeches focused on influencing, harmonizing, inspiring and building a stronger Africa while also communicating their own leadership prowess to the world . The best talents as adjudged by organisers and the general public will be declared winner, rewarded and developed.


5.  Contest Demands 
A total of about twelve short speeches videos over a period of  twelve weeks(a video per week) will take a contestant from start to victory. Parents' assisted speeches are allowed and recommended. A few other interesting leadership activities will be involved.


6. Judgement Criterias

Contestants judging criteria will be on the followings;

✓ Leadership talents level.

✓  Communication skills.

✓  Inspirational power.

✓ Ability to unite people and mould consensus.

✓ Level of love for humanity!

Contestants scoring shall be based on combinations of public votes and panel of judges decisions- all shall be transparent.


 7. Prizes
 Winner's Prize: One million naira.
 Other Prizes: Consolation prizes.


Important Notes:

i. Children of organising team and volunteers cannot win the ultimate cash prize but may benefit from other values of the contest. As such, as such, where public votes adjudged such child as winner, the price shall go to closest runner up child from the member of the public.

ii. Winners from outside Nigeria shall be paid in their own country's currency or in usd equivalent.

9. Application Requirements
Applicants Must;

i. Be between 7 to 16 years of age and currently studying in any Africa school.

ii. Be a citizen of any country in Africa either by birth or nationality.

iii. Have parental or guardian consent and guidance for participation.

iv. Have access to devices for recording quality videos and good internet facilities.

v. Have good self confidence, be able to make inspirational speeches and have great beliefs in Africa's potentials.

vi. Able to make his or her speeches effectively in English language.
