Why You’re Always Tired Even After Sleeping
Sleeping for 7–8 hours doesn’t always guarantee you’ll feel rested. Poor sleep quality is one of the biggest reasons people wake up tired. This can be caused by late-night screen use, stress, irregular sleep schedules, or even hidden conditions like sleep apnea. When your body doesn’t reach deep sleep stages, it fails to fully recover, leaving you drained the next day.
Another major factor is your daily lifestyle. Dehydration, poor diet, lack of physical activity, and mental stress all contribute to constant fatigue. Even if you sleep long hours, your body may still lack the nutrients and balance it needs to produce energy. Improving your routine, reducing stress, and creating a proper sleep environment can make a huge difference.
