TINUBU'S KlLLER "PHARAOH TAX" KlLLS NIGERIA FAMILIES' NEW YEAR JOY!

Few Nigerians are discussing it publicly. In their closets however, millions of Nigerians are currently talking about it in most homes It is Tinubu's new year tax gift to Nigerians.  If your monthly salary is N600,000 in Nigeria, by Tinubu's new tax law, 18% goes to the government. Meaning, you will go home with N492,000 while the government deducts N108,000 every month from your salary.

This new tax structure is not the first of its kind in the world. The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Germany all have similar tax structures. This difference is: compared to these countries, Nigeria leaders have dissimilar accountabilities and welfare policies for the people. Pains best describes Nigerians current lives and livings and president Tinubu sure agrees with this when he said it is 'temporary pain'.

The questions Nigerians are asking are these: Why are all extra funds  garnered  into government purse at the expense of Nigerians comforts not reflecting in visible Nigeria development or betterment? Where are Nigeria's versions of good security architectures, road facilities, sound healthcares , accessible quality educations and efforts-rewarding jobs the American government is providing for her own citizens through her ganard taxes? What have Nigerians enjoyed better as a result of fuel subsidy removal? Where are amenities built for citizens' better welfare after import duties are raised? Where are all the billions recovered by EFCC during and after the Buhari tenure? If these questions are not answered, what will happen after the new taxes Tinubu is enforcing on currently struggling Nigerian individuals and businesses. Very recently, Anthony Joshua had an accident in Nigeria but had to be flown abroad for treatment. Recently, a total of  210trillon was declared missing in NNPC custody. Such an amount can conveniently fund all fund quality world class education for all Nigerian children for the next decade. Only runners will call this hatred on Tinubu because it is not at all. Are Nigeria citizens just cows for milking?

God made Nigeria good and Our country used to be good like others around the world. Our good country has currently been treated so bad and honestly very bad by leadership ineptness.  The resulting economic downturn is making lives of many millions of hard working Nigerians bitter with hardship, torture, glooms rigours. For every salary earner in Nigeria today, there are dozens of salary spenders in most cases. How then would you surtax these crowd-dependent salaries and will not cause families aggravated pains? Surtaxing Nigerians at this time is nothing short of acute leadership insentivity and anti-people stance!
