Iran hits Kuwaiti oil refinery and explosions boom over Tehran from Israeli attack
The conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran has intensified into a major regional crisis. Iran has launched missile and drone attacks on oil facilities across the Gulf, including sites in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. In response, Israel has carried out airstrikes on Tehran and key Iranian infrastructure.
The Strait of Hormuz—one of the world’s most important oil routes—has been heavily disrupted, with military activity and attacks on shipping. This has significantly reduced global oil supply and raised fears of a prolonged war
Casualties are rising across multiple countries, and millions have been displaced, especially in Lebanon and Iran. International organizations, including the UN, have warned that both sides could face accusations of war crimes due to attacks on civilian and energy infrastructure.
There are also reports that the U.S. is considering stronger military actions, including targeting key Iranian oil export locations, which could further escalate the crisis.
