QUOTE OF THE DAY: Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind, J F Kennedy

 John F. Kennedy (1917–1963) was one of the most influential leaders of the 20th century, known for guiding the United States through tense moments of the Cold War, including the Cuban Missile Crisis.

He made the powerful statement, “Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind,” on September 25, 1961, while addressing the United Nations General Assembly in New York. At the time, the world stood on the edge of nuclear destruction, and his words were a direct warning about the devastating consequences of global conflict.

Today, that message remains more relevant than ever. In a world still facing wars, rising tensions, and advanced weapons, Kennedy’s words remind us that humanity has a choice: continue down a path of destruction or embrace peace, cooperation, and a shared future.
