Atiku Abubakar has denied quitting 2027 Presidency to support Peter Obi.NaijaOnPoint Nigeria reports that Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has dismissed reports claiming that he has withdrawn from the 2027 presidential contest to support Peter Obi, describing the claims as false and misleadingAtiku, who was the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 general election, was alleged in the reports to have stepped aside in favour of Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 flagbearer.   British Nigerian boxer and former heavyweight champion,  Anthony Joshua   was involved in a road accident on Monday 29th December along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, Ogun State, Nigeria  Gbenga Omotosho, Lagos commissioner for information, said the crash occurred around the Shagamu interchange area of the highway. He added that the Lagos state government promptly deployed an ambulance to the scene. The Lexus SUV in which the British Nigerian boxer was said to have crashed into a stationary truck parked by the roadside. Two people driving with him in the car died on the spot according to eye witness. AJ was said to have survived with minor injuries.
